KABARDINO-BALKARIAN REPUBLIC RANKED FIRST AMONG THE FIVE REGIONS OF RUSSIA IN TERMS OF GROSS HARVEST OF FRUITS AND BERRIES IN THE COMMODITY SECTOR in 2020.
OVER THE LAST FIVE YEARS, MODERN GARDENS HAVE BEEN PLANTED IN THE REPUBLIC (HALF OF WHICH ARE OF INTENSIVE AND SUPERINTENSIVE TYPES). IT IS ALMOST A THIRD OF THE TOTAL PLANTED AREA IN RUSSIA FOR THE MENTIONED PERIOD.
THE KABARDINO-BALKARIAN REPUBLIC RANKED 6th AMONG THE LARGEST REGIONS PRODUCING CORN FOR GRAIN IN 2015.
IN THE TOP OF THE BEST PLACES TO LIVE IN RUSSIA
THREE SCHOOLS FROM KBR ARE IN THE LIST OF THE BEST SCHOOLS IN THE COUNTRY. THESE ARE LYCEUM NO. 2 AND GYMNASIUM NO. 14 FROM NALCHIK AND LYCEUM NO. 3 FROM PROKHLADNY.
KABARDINO-BALKARIA BECAME THE LEADING REGION IN THE RATING OF SUBJECT OF RF WITH THE CLEANEST SOIL. THE EXPERTS DID NOT FIND ANY LAND POLLUTION.

In accordance with the Decree of the Head of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic of 13th April 2015 № 49 "On the Council on Investment and Entrepreneurship under the Head of KBR" the Council is a permanent advisory and consultative body, formed in order to enhance the competitiveness of the economy, develop the entrepreneurship and improve the investment climate in KBR.
