The Government of the Russian Federation has adopted Resolution No. 377 “On support of Russian companies and individual entrepreneurs, most affected by the introduction of sanctions on the part of foreign states”. They will be provided subsidies as part of the national project "International cooperation and export".
The resolution defines the procedure for changing performance targets and (or) extending the deadlines up to 24 months. It concerns all agreements on granting subsidies before 31st of March, 2022, fulfillment of obligations on which comes after 22nd of February, 2022. It also applies to export support organizations and individual entrepreneurs.
A recipient of a subsidy may apply in writing to the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, or the Russian Ministry of Economic Development within the time period required to achieve the subsidy performance targets. Later the necessary amendments may be made to the subsidy agreement. Support is provided to recipients of subsidies who (for reasons beyond their control due to the introduction of restrictive measures by foreign states) are deprived of the opportunity to achieve the subsidy targets required by the agreement.
