Creation of IT Park, Creative Industries Park

The project's goal is to create favorable conditions for the development of the high-tech sector. By the end of the project, it is planned to create new jobs for highly qualified IT specialists with a high salary fund (up to 1 billion rubles per year), more than 9,000 m2 of rental space, and innovative enterprises producing products and providing services worth more than 3 billion rubles per year.

The IT park construction project in Nalchik is being implemented by the ITV group of companies, namely IP Drom LLC.

In accordance with the Law of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic dated November 16, 2015, No. 44-RZ "On approval of criteria that must be met by socio-cultural, public utility and domestic facilities, large-scale investment projects, for the placement (implementation) of which the provision of land plots for lease without bidding is permitted" based on the order of the Head of the KBR dated April 7, 2025, No. 52-RG, the land plot, The property, which was formerly state-owned by the republic, was granted to an investor without a bidding process for the project.

 As part of the project, activities to determine the layout of the premises and their functional zoning have been completed. Work is underway to design the IT park's administrative and office building, develop utility infrastructure layouts, and identify the nomenclature of auxiliary systems.

The design and estimate documentation for the project has been submitted for state review.

The expenditure of 10 million rubles has been secured.
