All-season tourist and recreational complex “Elbrus”

The project aims to stimulate investment activity and attract capital to the economy, create modern tourism infrastructure, and increase tourist flow to the Elbrus region to 1 million people per year. By 2030, the resort will have 35 km of ski slopes and 12 cable cars.

An open-air parking lot for 800 cars, with a total area of ​​28,000 square meters, and a plaza with retail pavilions and a stage, with a total area of ​​4,500 square meters, have been commissioned. A 350-meter-long one-way bypass road has also been opened. Twelve residents are operating.

In the fourth quarter of 2024. Two infrastructure facilities have been commissioned at the resort:

1. The EL6 passenger cable car (from Azau Glade to Stary Krugozor Station);

2. An artificial snowmaking system (also from Azau Glade to Stary Krugozor Station).

By 2025:

Construction of the artificial snowmaking system (stage 2) has been completed;

The Gorodok Mountaineering Complex has been commissioned;

The slope lighting system has begun operating:

32 residents are operating.

In addition, work is underway to provide the resort with drinking water. Three wells, each 65 meters deep, were drilled, four reservoirs with a total capacity of 1,500 cubic meters were installed, and approximately 11.5 km of water supply networks were laid.

The total volume of budgetary investments (financed) as of the reporting date amounted to 16 billion rubles (off-budget – 2.7 billion rubles). 498 new jobs were created.
