Integrated development of residential microdistricts "Vostochniy" and "May" in Nalchik

The project involves the construction of 1.2 million m2 of housing (300,000 m2 in Mey; 900,000 m2 in Vostochny), administrative and retail facilities.

The implementation of this project will improve the living conditions of more than 5,600 people.

Since the start of the project, one comprehensive contract has been signed for the development of the Mey microdistrict and eight contracts for the comprehensive development of undeveloped territory in the Vostochny microdistrict.

74 residential apartment buildings with a total area of ​​414,200 m2 have been commissioned, including seven buildings with a total area of ​​222,700 m2 in the Mey microdistrict and 67 buildings with a total area of ​​191,500 m2 in the Vostochny microdistrict. meters.

The use of extra-budgetary funds amounted to 21.3 billion rubles (May - 11.2 billion rubles; Vostochny - 10.1 billion rubles).
