Construction of 100-hectare greenhouse complex for production of protected-ground fruit and vegetable products

The goal of the project is to ensure a year-round supply of fresh domestically produced vegetables to residents of the North Caucasus and Central Federal Districts.

The greenhouse complex will cover 100 hectares. The first phase of the greenhouse complex, covering 37.6 hectares, opened in July 2023, and the second phase, covering 62.4 hectares, is planned for completion by 2028.

Preparations for the second phase of the project are currently underway. Extra-budgetary funds, as of the reporting date, amounted to 9.75 billion rubles, and 654 jobs were created.
